Selamat pagi pembaca,

Hari ini saya hendak memperkenal buku baharu yang saya mula baca sejak beberapa hari lalu. 

Tajuk buku ini adalah Alexander Adalah Zulqarnain. 

Buku ini dikeluarkan oleh PTS Publications and Distribution Sdn Bhd.

Buku ini dikeluarkan pada tahun 2010 dan diulang cetak sebanyak lapan kali dan terakhir diulang cetak pada tahun 2012.

Buku ini mengandungi bahagian Pendahuluan dan 25 bab.

Bahagian pendahuluan mempunyai 36 muka surat dengan menerangkan sinopsis beberapa bab yang penting.

Amat menarik kerana pembaca dapat memahami tujuan sesuatu bab ditulis serta diterangkan dengan ringkas maklumat bab tersebut.

Pendahuluan dimulakan dengan puisi bertajuk Isa dan Iskandar yang menceritakan keperibadian kedua-dua Mukmin ini iaitu Nabi Isa al-Masih (4SM hingga 33M) dan Alexander the Great (356 hingga 323SM) 

Kemudian, penulis beralih menceritakan geografi sesuatu kawasan dan diselang-selikan dengan ayat suci Al-Quran yang disertakan dengan nama surah dan ayat.

Ini memudahkan pembaca membaca serta dapat memahami dengan lebih jelas penerangan diberikan.

Seterusnya, menerangkan siapakah Alexander dari pelbagai pandangan pemikir dan penulis. 

Buku ini turut memuatkan surah daripada Al-Quran yang mengesahkan Alexandar the Great ialah Iskandar Zulkarnain.

Selain itu, penulis turut menunjukkan peta perjalanan Alexander The Great.

Now, chapter three

Before the beginning of chapter three, there is an entry dated 1 December on Thursday.

The day started with Jill receiving a phone call from her best friend informing her about the fire in Gazette.

This makes her get down to business before other staffs arrive to office and assess what need to be done and had a chance to meet her secretary, Amy Gwyn-Thomas.

Amy is now Jill's secretary informs her that there is press briefing at Police Headquarters.

Jill proceeded to meet the rest of the Gazette staff while getting the status of the company.

Later, she went to Police Headquarters for the briefing and meet Ivor Fuggle, her competitor in business.

The press in conducted by Richard Thornhill, himself, who showed signs that he is expecting her that prompted Jill why did she wasted her life on him for so many years.

NEXT, CHAPTER 4

Today, we move on to chapter two,

At the end of chapter one, we were introduced of Jill's past flame, Richard.

Chapter two,

Richard is introduced as Chief Inspector Richard Thornhill meeting his subordinates PC Porter. He's having trouble to wake up early 

Richard Thornhill then proposed piece-of-string trick. 

It's a trick where a piece of string is tied to the toe and put theother end on different end that can pull by other party towake you up.

It's like a wake up call.

The character developed and shown that Thornhill has been running the Central Office for Serious Crimes for three years.

His superior, Drake, who has served as a District Superintendent of Police in India before Partition began discussing about the increasing crime rate in their area as highlighted in the Post newspaper where one of the reporter is Ivor Fuggle.

During the discussion, Drake mentioned that Jill Francis, Thornhill ex, is coming to take over Gazette newspaper.

Theor discussion ended with Thornhill promised Drake that he'll do his level best to overcome the crime rate.

Later, Thornhill, went home and described that he is married with three kids.

OK, the story begins with diary entry dated 30th November written by someone who seems to be seeing someone from the past.

Chapter 1

Jill Francis, a reporter drives in to a new state arriving at her friend, Charlotte house. Her husband, is extremely ill and being treated by a good looking, Dr Leddon who took over the case from Dr Bayswater.

Jill Francis has an smoking addict who likes to smoke to release her tension.
